About the Topic

Jamila Eddini, CHRO of the CBR, together with colleague Frank Weijers, manager of HR Services, will share insights about AI in HR during the Vision Dinner on October 30. Since this year, Jamila has had the objective of integrating AI into HR policy. Although AI is already being used to make processes more efficient, important questions remain: How does AI change the work of employees, what (new) skills are needed for this, and what does this mean for HR and Learning Development? What frameworks are needed and what additional applications are possible? How does internal collaboration proceed when deploying AI, and which departments need to work closely together to be successful?

More on the subject

In a time when technology is changing the workplace, artificial intelligence (AI) offers enormous opportunities for HR to optimize processes such as talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement. AI not only makes HR more efficient, but also more strategic and data-driven. However, successfully implementing AI requires a clear strategy that supports broader organizational goals and takes into account ethical and organizational challenges.

Jamila and Frank see this evening as an opportunity to engage in discussions with other government organizations and learn from them. You are cordially invited to engage in dialogue with Jamila, Frank and other HR leaders, and together explore how AI can shape the future of HR.
