Whilst many think VodafoneZiggo as a consumer business which continues to perform – challenged in part by the roll-out of fiber – within the business market lies both a challenge and an opportunity for growth. This is the landscape in which Nick Hartman, Head of New Business at VodafoneZiggo, operates with his team, responsible for new business within the commercial segment.
During this Vision Dinner, Nick will walk us through how Vodafone Business is evolving beyond its traditional telecom identity. Many organizations are still unaware that Vodafone Business today offers solutions that span digitalization, connectivity and strategic communications advisory. The goal is to position Vodafone Business as a trusted partner that supports organizations in their digital transformation, not just a provider of telecom services.

Central to this shift is a data-driven sales methodology, known internally as “Tamagotchi”, aimed at building meaningful relationships and familiarity with prospects. Data and AI are increasingly used to identify successful touchpoints in the sales journey, gather insights on prospects and translate them into relevant narratives, equipping account managers to meet clients well-prepared and with compelling value.
Nick will also address two ongoing challenges: VodafoneZiggo’s marketing focus remains largely B2C, requiring creativity to generate visibility and leads in the B2B space, and the profiles of people skilled in winning new customers often differ from those who excel in retaining them. Smooth handover between new business and account management is therefore essential for a seamless onboarding experience.
This session offers valuable insights into how Vodafone Business is reshaping its role in the corporate market by leveraging data, AI and relationship-driven sales to support organizations in their digital transformation. We look forward to welcoming you!
