About the Topic

During the Boardroom dinner on December 10, Interfood’s CFO Stan Sweep and Chief Supply Chain Officer Arnoud Buizer will share their expertise on how ambitious sustainability goals can be transformed into concrete results. As a global supplier of dairy ingredients, products, and solutions, Interfood demonstrates how sustainability can create long-term value while reducing environmental impact. Their approach is practical and end-to-end: from responsible sourcing to intensive collaboration with farmers, suppliers, and customers. It’s not about fancy presentations—it’s about progress on the ground. Interfood walks the fields with partners, tests new solutions, and moves steadily toward a more sustainable value chain, guided by a clear roadmap and long-term vision. Innovations like precision fermentation show how future-oriented investments can transform a sector, mitigate risks, and unlock new growth opportunities. It’s not just about technology—it’s also about timing, partnerships, and making bold yet pragmatic choices.
