Uvashni Raman is Chief Financial Officer at Booking.com, where she leads the company’s global finance organization and financial strategy. Prior to joining Booking.com in 2023, she served as Group CFO of Adevinta ASA, where she played a key role in the company’s growth following its stock market listing and the acquisition of eBay Classifieds Group.

Throughout her career, Uvashni has held senior finance and leadership positions at Adevinta, Naspers, South32 and BHP, with experience spanning finance, strategy, business transformation, M&A and operations. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
