Pim Berendsen is a Dutch senior executive and, since 2025, the CEO of PostNL. He has worked at the company for more than two decades and previously served as CFO and a member of the Executive Board. During that period, he was responsible for finance, strategy, international growth, and mergers and acquisitions.

His career began as an international tax advisor at Arthur Andersen. In 2000, he joined PostNL, where he progressed through various financial and strategic roles. Between 2013 and 2015, he served as Director of Corporate Development at Van Gansewinkel, gaining experience in corporate development and restructuring.

Berendsen has broad expertise in finance, strategy, and transformation, with a strong focus on digital innovation, performance management, and international expansion. Within PostNL, he played an important role in the company’s transformation into a leading player in e-commerce and logistics. In addition to his work at PostNL, he is involved in various social and business organizations, including Oranje Fonds, and holds advisory and supervisory positions within the business community.

As CEO, he focuses on future-proofing PostNL, with an emphasis on innovation, customer focus, and sustainable growth in a rapidly changing market.
