Iwan Spekenbrink is a Dutch sports entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Team Picnic PostNL. He has led the team since 2008, guiding it from a small ProContinental squad (then known as Team Skil-Shimano) into a successful WorldTour organization with multiple top results and major Grand Tour successes.

Spekenbrink began his career in sports management and sports marketing, building the team around a clear vision in which innovation, collaboration, and long-term development are central to elite sport. Under his leadership, the team evolved through identities such as Argos-Shimano, Giant-Alpecin, Team Sunweb, and Team DSM into its current structure with multiple partners and a strong international reputation.

Within the cycling world, he is known as a strategic and forward-thinking manager, with a strong focus on performance improvement, team culture, and maintaining a clean and professional sport. In addition, he is active within international cycling organizations and is committed to the continued development of cycling.
