Clémence Grillon is Global Head of Supply Chain at Swapfiets. Since joining the company in 2020, she has held various positions within Operations, contributing to Swapfiets’ rapid growth in Europe.

During her time at Swapfiets, Clémence was involved in almost every department within Operations. With her broad expertise, she has strengthened efficiency, innovation and scalability within the organization. Prior to her role at Swapfiets, Clémence gained valuable experience at ERIKS and Chiquita, further deepening her knowledge in the field of supply chain and operations management.
