Manon van Beek is CEO and chair of the board of TenneT, which plays a crucial role in the energy transition. Before joining TenneT, Manon worked at Accenture, where she started in 1996. In 2013, she became Country Managing Director of Accenture Netherlands with a strong focus on growth through innovation, digital transformation, and leadership. She advocates for innovation, leadership, sustainability, and diversity. Manon is chair of several social foundations, including Giving Back (ethnic talent), Refugee Talent Hub (refugee talent), and is a member of the Top Woman of the Year foundation (female talent).
