Adrian Banoiu leads the finance function for Danone’s baby food division in Europe. Originally from Romania, he has worked abroad for over ten years and has lived in the Netherlands for seven years. Adrian began his career in sales before transitioning to finance, where he has held various roles within supply chain, operations, and country management.

After 15 years at Danone, Adrian has moved from local finance leadership to regional and operational roles. He is now responsible for the financial strategy of Danone’s baby food business in Europe.
