Manager Strategic Partnerships (32-40 Hours)

Do you get energy from top-level conversations and want to help organizations strengthen their position in the market? Then we are looking for you as our new Manager Strategic Partnerships!

About the Position

As Manager Strategic Partnerships, you are the connecting force between Flevum and the leading organizations within our network. You speak to directors, innovation managers, marketing managers and board members who really want to make a difference, and help them with positioning, inspiration and connection via the Flevum platform.

You bring new partners on board, deepen existing relationships and develop customized programs with substantive impact – from round table discussions to multi-year collaborations. You switch effortlessly at C-level and the layers below, keep an overview and an eye for detail, and contribute to the further growth of Flevum as a platform for strategic leadership.

What are You Going to Do?

  • You build sustainable relationships with our existing partners and bring new organizations to the table
  • You conduct discussions with directors and senior leaders about topics that concern them
  • You develop strategic partner programs that match their positioning and ambitions
  • You work together with our project team for an all-round positive customer experience and the exploration of new opportunities
  • You contribute ideas to the substantive further development of existing partnerships – from trend signaling to new formats.
  • Responsible for creating new business and growing existing partnerships.

What Do You Bring?

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in strategic relationship management, business development or consultative sales
  • Communication skills: You feel at home in conversations at different levels. You switch just as easily with a director as a marketing manager between content and relationship. You communicate professionally to customers in Dutch and English
  • Interest: You are curious, socially involved and substantively sharp
  • Commercial sense: You combine commercial flair with genuine interest in people and organizations
  • Enthusiasm: You are looking for an environment where you get responsibility, ideas are welcome and no day is the same
  • Personality: You have a high degree of responsibility, love a challenge and bring fun to the office

What Do We Offer You?

  • Salary: An attractive salary between 55,000-75,000 euros per year depending on experience and background with an additional bonus scheme

  • A company car with the option to lease it privately

About Flevum

Flevum organizes approximately 135 small-scale networking meetings annually for the senior management of the top 500 Dutch companies, the government and the healthcare sector. Our meetings are content-driven and focused on sharing knowledge and strengthening networks. For more than 25 years, we have been connecting professionals with each other and helping them to stay informed of the latest developments and innovations in their field.

You will be working in a young and diverse team of 20+ colleagues. At Flevum, there is a particularly ambitious working and thinking level; we organize more than 135 meetings per year. At the same time, we love an informal working atmosphere with a Rotterdam tone.
