Location: Schiedam (next to Schiedam Centrum station)
16 hours per week | Flexible scheduling on Mondays to Thursdays | Start: as soon as possible
Are you an ambitious university student with at least two years remaining in your studies? This is your chance to gain experience at the highest level of the Dutch business world. Help organize exclusive events where board members, directors, and executives from the Netherlands’ Top 500 companies gather, and build both your network and a CV that truly stands out.
What Will You be Doing?
In this all-round position, you will support our team in various areas, such as:
- Inviting speakers for our C-level events
- Mapping trends and developments
- Keeping the CRM system up-to-date
- Data entry and mailing activities
- Preparing materials for events
- Finding leads for our sales team
- Supporting our exclusive Vision Dinners (occasionally in the evening)
What Do We Expect from You?
- Excellent digital skills (experience with Excel, CRM systems, online search strategies)
- Proactive and independent work attitude
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (both written and verbal)
- Accuracy and eye for detail
- University level of thinking (e.g. in business administration, communication, economics, social sciences)
- Available for at least 2 years alongside your studies
- Preference: Living in the Rotterdam area
- And above all: Eagerness to learn, curiosity and the drive to gain practical experience in a professional setting
