With nearly 20 years of experience spanning Orbia, Wavin, Accenture, and Tata Consultancy Services, he has a strong track record in data strategy, analytics, governance, and AI transformation. Vikas is passionate about building high-performing teams, scaling AI adoption, and embedding data-driven decision-making across global organizations.
Within Orbia, data and AI play an increasingly important role as drivers of innovation, operational excellence, and business growth. As AI develops at an unprecedented pace, the organization is focusing on the next step: moving beyond experimentation to develop the necessary capabilities, governance, and operating models to scale AI responsibly across the entire organization.
This transformation is led by Vikas Saini, Global Director Data, Analytics & AI.
