Jelmer Lantinga has been Head of Group Finance at NN Group since 2024. He has been with the organization for over ten years, holding various positions in Investor Relations and Performance & Analytics. Jelmer began his career in 2005 at PwC, where he worked for seven years. He then transitioned to NN Group, initially within Risk, before focusing on Finance. In his current role, he leads the Group Finance function of NN Group and manages a team of nearly 600 professionals. He is responsible for consolidating, reviewing, and reporting the financial performance of all business units within the group.
