More on the subject

On November 10, we welcome Sander Bokelman, Area Supply Chain Director Europe at Heineken, for an exclusive Vision Dinner for senior leaders in Supply Chain and Operations.

As market conditions continue to evolve, Heineken has been rethinking fundamental questions around its operating network in Europe: how to optimally utilize assets, how to drive scale with high-performing capabilities, how to improve service and protect margins. Over the past five years, Sander has played a key role in transforming the European supply chain organization from a decentralized structure into a more centrally coordinated hybrid operating model.

Technology has been one of the critical enablers of this transformation. Through advanced data capabilities, analytics, and increasingly AI-driven service centers, Heineken is building an integrated and intelligent supply chain organization that supports faster decision-making, greater efficiency, and improved operational performance.

During this Vision Dinner, Sander will share several insights from this transformation. The evening concludes with an interactive roundtable discussion with fellow senior leaders on topics including:

  • Redesigning supply chain networks in a volatile environment
  • The role of centralization and shared service models
  • Turning Technology, AI and analytics into tangible business value
  • Overcoming barriers to AI adoption and scaling successful use cases
  • Balancing cost optimization with long-term capability building and resilience

Attendance is limited to ensure high-quality peer exchange, with seats reserved for senior leaders only. Join fellow supply chain and operations leaders for an evening of discussion and insight sharing.
