More on the subject

During an exclusive Vision Dinner on September 22, Danny van der Ster, VP & Head of Logistics EMEIA at ASSA ABLOY, will share how one of the world’s leading industrial groups is transforming its supply chain in a highly dynamic, acquisition-driven environment. With 1.5 to 2 acquisitions per month, the organization continuously integrates new activities, systems, and processes into an already complex landscape.

Danny will explain how his team turns this complexity into a strategic advantage by positioning the supply chain as an engine for growth rather than a limiting factor. In a confidential setting under the Chatham House Rule, he will discuss the practical challenges of managing and scaling supply chain operations across 59 ERP systems, finding the right balance between global standardization and local agility, and building resilience in times of geopolitical uncertainty. Additionally, he will share insights into where digital transformation and AI truly create value, and where they fall short without sustainable adoption.

Following the keynote, a moderated roundtable discussion offers participants the opportunity to exchange ideas with peers from various sectors on supply chain transformation, digitalization, and operational resilience.
