Context
When do you, as an organization, take a public stance? When do you seek direct dialogue with stakeholders? And when is it actually wise to deliberately stay silent?
For NXP, these are daily issues. The semiconductor industry is at the center of the geopolitical and social playing field, where technology, trade, security, and reputation are increasingly interconnected. Martijn will walk us through concrete dilemmas from his daily practice. From cybersecurity and geopolitics to sustainability, media, and internal escalation. Based on these cases, we will discuss the broader development of Corporate Affairs:
When is staying under the radar wise reputation management – and when does silence itself become a reputation risk?
