In this session, Joris will share his vision on data management, discussing the underlying framework, roles and responsibilities, and the organizational culture. He will then discuss the challenges of making Rabobank’s approach future-proof, especially in light of the rapidly changing landscape in areas such as AI (including Generative AI, unstructured data, the pace of change, adaptability, and agentic AI).
His presentation will serve as a starting point for an open dialogue with the other participants: a select group of 12 to 15 leaders in Data, IT, and AI from various sectors. The goal is to exchange insights and learn from each other.
