Mirjam has a broad background across FMCG and the pharmaceutical industry, starting in demand planning at JDE and Unilever before moving into pharma. She has held roles in supply management and Sales and Operations Planning in the UK, followed by new product planning and factory new product readiness in Haarlem. She later moved into regional and global roles, including implementing planning automation for EU Hub in Switzerland and working at international level reporting to the US headquarters. She brings extensive experience in supply chain design, transformation, product lifecycle management and risk management, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise.
