Tjahny Bercx is an experienced director and supervisor with expertise in people, culture, and organizational change. Since July 2024, he has been Director of People & Culture at NPO, where he is committed to an inclusive and future-proof organization. His career includes the Royal Navy, KLM, and nearly 18 years at LeasePlan in global leadership positions, including CP&PO and Country Cluster Executive.

In addition to his executive role, he holds supervisory positions at the Princess Máxima Center, Achmea, and ProRail. With in-depth knowledge of HR, governance, and strategic leadership, Tjahny focuses on creating sustainable, people-oriented organizations and realizing meaningful change.
