Jelmer Lantinga has been Head of Group Finance at NN Group since 2024. He has spent over a decade within the organization, holding a variety of roles across Investor Relations and Performance & Analytics. Jelmer began his career in 2005 at PwC, where he worked for seven years. He then joined NN Group, initially in Risk, before shifting his focus to Finance. In his current role, he leads NN Group’s Group Finance function, overseeing a team of close to 600 professionals. He is responsible for consolidating, assessing and reporting the financial performance of all business units across the group.
