Are you an ambitious second- or third-year university student who wants to strengthen their resume with experience in the world of business events, sales, and data? And would you like to work behind the scenes on meetings for top 500 companies in the Netherlands? Then this vacancy is for you!
What Will You be Doing?
In this all-round position, you will support our team in various areas, such as:
- Mapping trends and developments
- Finding leads for our sales team
- Finding speakers for our C-level events
- Keeping the CRM system up-to-date
- Data entry and mailing activities
- Preparing materials for events
- Supporting our exclusive Vision Dinners (occasionally in the evening)
What Do We Expect from You?
- Excellent digital skills (experience with Excel, CRM systems, online search strategies)
- Proactive and independent work attitude
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (both written and verbal)
- Accuracy and eye for detail
- University level of thinking (e.g. in business administration, communication, economics, social sciences)
- Second- or third-year student
- Living in the Rotterdam area
- And above all: Eagerness to learn, curiosity and the drive to gain practical experience in a professional setting
