She spent more than 25 years at Ahold Delhaize, serving the last 6.5 years as CEO of Albert Heijn, Etos, and Gall &amp; Gall. During that period, she achieved significant growth through a strong focus on private labels, digitalization, acquisitions, and new partnerships.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marit began her career at Albert Heijn in various commercial and operational roles. She later became CEO of Gall &amp; Gall, after which she returned to the board of directors at Albert Heijn. She is known for her emphasis on collaboration, healthy lifestyles, and responding to changing consumer needs, through which she further strengthened the company&#8217;s market position in the Netherlands. Additionally, she was an active member of the Topsector Agri &amp; Food for more than ten years.
