Since July 2024, he has been Director of People & Culture at NPO, where he is committed to an inclusive and future-proof organization. His career includes the Royal Navy, KLM, and nearly 18 years at LeasePlan in global leadership positions, including CP&PO and Country Cluster Executive. <\/p>\n\n
In addition to his executive role, he holds supervisory positions at the Princess M\u00e1xima Center, Achmea, and ProRail.
