As CTO/CIO, Nardie leads the CTO Office, which consists of five departments. She is responsible for developing the service delivery strategy, defining frameworks for service delivery execution, and monitoring internal processes within SSC-ICT.
As CIO, Nardie is responsible for creating and maintaining the I-strategy. As a member of the Management Team, she advises the CEO in fulfilling SSC-ICT’s mission, setting the strategic course, and realizing the policy to be implemented. She translates the strategic goals into priorities for service delivery.
With more than 1,400 employees, SSC-ICT provides centrally organized ICT services to approximately 59,000 government officials from nine ministries. This makes the organization one of the largest ICT service providers within the central government and plays an important role in the digital acceleration of the government and the strengthening of digital sovereignty.
