At NXP, insider threats have been a central focus for more than four years, with attention to both technical and organizational measures. During this dinner, Peter Valent, Director Governance, Risk and Compliance at NXP Semiconductors, will share his insights from this approach. Using practical examples, including detected and prevented data leaks, he will demonstrate the impact insider threats can have and how NXP manages to mitigate them. He will also show concretely how prevention works in practice: limiting access to chip designs, improved offboarding, monitoring user behavior, and an integrated case management process.
