As an Industrial Engineer with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Abel brings over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and operations with companies including Procter & Gamble, Sara Lee, and now JDE Peet’s. He has progressed from plant manager roles across multiple countries to global leadership positions in Operational Excellence, Engineering, Supply Chain, and regional Operations.
