Before joining Pon, Julie spent 14 years at Heineken in various roles in the Netherlands and globally, where she founded the Insights & Analytics Lab and helped establish the foundation for data-driven innovation. At Pon, her focus is on driving the AI transformation for Pon companies by turning innovative technologies, including AI, into practical solutions and propositions that create value for both customers and employees.
