Eric de Jongh brings more than 25 years of experience in using IT and data to strengthen organisational performance and guide major transitions. Throughout his career, he has worked in roles where the ability to translate technology into dependable outcomes was fundamental. He has extensive experience leading complex organisational and technical transformations and is known for his strategic vision, collaborative leadership and ability to deliver results across large, multidisciplinary teams. Prior to his role at TenneT, he held positions such as Head of IT Strategy, Architecture and Cyber Security at Nederlandse Spoorwegen and Head of Strategic Change at Eneco.
